A Quilt for College

My daughter asked me to make a quilt for her. She had been looking at the Pottery Barn quilts and couldn't find that colors that she had in mind. She wanted bright and bold. She also wanted big blocks that didn't have any 'particular' pattern. Everything came together very quickly but it did seem like the quilting took forever! It was all machine quilted - a grid of lines spaced two inches apart. She purchased some hot pink sheets to go with it. This Friday we drive back up to Seattle and drop her off at UW.
