Christmas time

We had a late breakfast of Challah French Toast, strawberries, whipped cream and veggie sausages. After breakfast we dressed the tree in lights, cranberries and our favorite ornaments.

I still need to vacuum, put the skirt under the tree, and put the boxes back in the attic. This year less "stuff" is coming out of the boxes and most of the decoration will be confined to the living room.

Fortnight day 9

For his ninth day my husband bought himself a new espresso machine! My gift to him was much simpler - designer paper clips.
Thoughts for the Fortnight

Accept the things
To which fate binds you and
Love the people with whom fate
Brings you together
But do so with all your heart.
~ Marcus Aurelius ~

YUM Challah French Toast. I have to give it a try the next time we get a Challah. We too are putting lights on our tree tonight.
