I did try to make sense of my scrap box. I think I wasted an hour and a half pulling fabric out and sorting. I ended up having small piles and now I'm not sure what I am going to do with them. Got too frustrated to continue.
Tomorrow's another day.
Living consciously...
The practice today: Don't do anything just sit and be.
When I look back on the day, I think that that's exactly what I did!

I hope you gained some inspiration while sorting your fabrics.
I love getting my fabrics out and seeing them, touching them and then putting them away again.
Something soothing about it and I often find things I had forgotten about.
I don't know how many scraps you have and how big they are, but I posted a picture of the way I store small ones a while back. Here's the link. http://outofthebasement.blogspot.com/2007/11/creative-mess.html
This works well for me because I have a garment rack thing in my work space. I bought the bags at the place I mentioned, but Rian later adopted the idea using ziplock bags hung from skirt hangers or something like that, so she didn't actually have to buy anything special.
Playing in scraps is a nice little therapy session at my house!
