166 to go.

The 200th day of the year - my, my how this year is flying by.

Got up late (8am) but I managed to get to breakfast on time. Seems like that tired feeling is going around. I think the fatigue of allergies and restless sleep has a number of us in its grip this summer.

(I think sharing a bottle of The Black Chook with my spouse may have also contributed to my sluggish start this morning!)

Living consciously...

Today's practice: Breathe. Yes, it really is that simple. As medicine gets more complex and technological, any people are turning to the simplest possible treatments--moving, breathing, vibrant foods--to get the most health with the least technology.

Move more and eat colorful foods. Remember to take antihistamine so the breathing thing can happen. Okay.

today's practise "breath" only works if your allergies are far enough under control that 1) your sinuses will let air through, &/or 2) your throat and lungs aren't so irritated that a deep breath triggers coughing... Sigh. It is a good excercise, just not always so straight forward...
