"craZed" is my delinquent Journal Quilt for the month of April. Last month there was some discussion over at the Quilt Studio regarding crazy quilting which lead me to the creation of this piece. I used a variety of fabrics, tried some embroidery and beading, and finished it up with some trim. As I recall I was trying to get it finished before my birthday last month and even though the quilt was done it/I felt incomplete because I had not posted. I'm trying to get back on track - my mantra right now is 'baby steps' - and catch up with what has been happening with everyone else's Journal Quilts/blogs/forum discussions.

craZ is great! I like the orientation of the heart on the page and the repeated heart motifs. Crazy quilts are definitely crazy, love em.
I think this is just terrific, and I hope you enjoyed "going crazy"!
