Boris Borogove
For October's collages I decided to bring to life my interpretation of the 'animals' introduced in at the beginning of Lewis Carroll's poem Jabberwocky:
Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe;
All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe.
I'm trying to keep the collages this month light and playful...
even so, I think that Boris does have a mimsy edge to him.

yes yes yes! My favouritest part of Alice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think he's being done justice---borogoves are spiky birds for sure!
What fun! Boris is charming, but perhaps you're right, there does seem a mimsy edge to him--not an usual thing when its brillig.
I love him! But then, I haven't seen much of your work that I don't like. Will there be a mome rath outgrabing next week?
what a lovely bird this is I love him
I love Jabberwocky and your critters are perfect. So loveable, can't wait to see the Cheshire Cat.
