WIP Wednesday

I'm continuing to work on the anthology pages. Today I spent a couple of hours putting the detail on a couple of them. The one pictured here is for Bente. I wanted to make the coyote and salmon bold enough to stand up to the orange that I've chosen to frame the storyboard. (I'm not sure which of my evil twins picked the orange! It's crazy to work with.)The other seven pages are coming along. Arlee blessed us all with an extension of an additional month - it's tempting but I want to try and get these done sooner! Check out the progress of some of the other pages at Fabric Art Journals.

I'm trying to get ready to start working on TAST. Buried in boxes in a back closet, I found some embroidery floss and yarns, some #18 count cloth, and a hoop. Time to get to work!

You don't have to use counted cloth unless you want to use it.

Cool stitching on this piece kim and I'm loving the combination of colors.

I love the colours on the coyote - both pages are great! I have to start on TAST too, you reminded me, thanks. (I'm waiting to see your herringbone stitch!!)
