Day 13...

abelian group

I've almost made it to the middle of the NaBloPoMo, well, three more days. Today, the members total 6078... I wonder how many are actually blogging everyday?!?!

I spent most of my day reading (Brookland by Emily Barton) and doing chores and errands. No studio time. Not in the mood to chat so, I thought I'd share another quilt that hangs in my family room. It's 13.5" x 28" and I made it in Jan 2000. I had spent the month before doing a lot of hand dyes and this piece was a scrap quilt - still one of my favorites.

Well done you for getting so far. What a commitment.

I love the quilt too.

:) I didn't join, but after seeing all the posts mentioning NaBloPoMo, I realized that I was posting every day and decided to keep up with it. So far so good!

I love orange.

I've been thinking of doing an Homage to Hans Hoffmann quilt after seeing some stray bits accidentally arranged on one of my flannel boards; this could be based on his paintings.
