Worked some on the Feb TIFC and I think I'll finish it before Thursday.
Most of the day was spent playing catch-up: laundry, floors, ironing... I must have let things slide the end of last week. Sometimes I just don't know where the time goes.
A doodle for Thing-a-day and now, back to the knitting.
Living consciously...
Today's practice was to make a commitment to self: I will be aware of the many chances to change that which does not work in my relationships. Whatever I withdraw from, or whatever I go toward and embrace, becomes the universe that I have created.
I'm amazed at the simple things that often trigger a conflict between me and my husband. I've been giving myself timeouts lately when I feel a conflict is about to occur. Walk away. Maybe if I commit this to memory - no, it's too wordy, but just the first sentence might do it. Being aware and committing to a change a behavior may actually help me live more consciously.

I've been letting things slide lately, too. I keep thinking that I'll get caught up, but truthfully, my attitude is going to have to change before I can really get all of the chores done.
I really like your lettering on the TIFC piece, and the doodles are great!
