Let the game begin...

I took an hour this morning to finish up the second sock. This is Little Sky Sock from Cat Bordhi's New Pathways for Sock Knitters. I absolutely love the book. I'm looking forward to making some adult socks but I'm more than willing to learn her techniques by practicing on baby/kid socks.

The cookies are baked and the asparagus/basil/cherry tomato/greek olive are roasting in the oven. We are almost ready to head off to gather with friends - eat, drink and be merry... we might even watch some football!

I may have time to reflect later on one word to describe what I except from Family, Friends, Work, Partner...
