Dog Days and Summer

Today is the longest day of the year and Take Your Dog to Work Day. Take Your Dog To Work was started in 1999 - somehow I missed that one.




Living consciously...

The practice for the day, borrowing a phrase from the military as you were, is to reflect on being who you were before expectations and disappointments shaped who you are. I'm going to pass. I still think I'm becoming who I am - the expectations and disappointments were just part of journey along the way.
