Too much TV

We fell deep into the too much TV hole today watching College Baseball and Gymnastics. I'm counting it as bonding time with my daughter. Hopefully tomorrow I'll have a more productive day.

Living consciously...

The practice today was to remember and honor your first love. Hmmm. So many lifetimes ago. Even though he wasn't my first love, next month I'll be married twenty-five years to the man that is my last love. Like any relationship we've had our ups and downs, good times and bad, but taking a moment to reflect back to the start of it all was a nice exercise. The thing most clear in my mind is that from the very beginning (unlike the book He's Just Not That into You) he was and continues to be just that into me!
