Hmmm. Hendricks says that simply feeling them is a key to staying in balance. There are days that I do get caught up in a whirlwind of feelings which I think is a fairly normal thing. I think learning to ride the wave without drowning in them is what I usually try to do.

What's wrong with the yellow background? Although the stripes/hearts are technically cool colors, several of them have a warmish tone, and with the more gold-hue of the yellow, IMHO it works quite nicely. I like it!
sarah - True, but it still looks flat and uninteresting. It's okay - it's a weekly - it's all about the process after all.
