I'm doing my normal chores and activities this week but I feel sluggish and unproductive. I think some of it is the withdrawal I'm suffering... no more pre- and post-election news coverage.
Ugh...
... at least I'm doing my journal pages!
Living consciously...
The practice today was to take a newspaper headline and make it my own. I have my own spin on it in that there are two issues that are on my mind: 1. use less and 2. be involved more.

Your journal is a work of art in itself. Ever think of publishing it?
I know I should be filling a sketch-journal but it always seems like a chore--that is, I'm never in the mood to do it. My sketching skills are no longer skills.
