I sketched a page of hearts today. I've been wanting to make some stamps. Bought the material years ago and stuffed it in a drawer. Since I signed up for Thing-a-Day, I'm now motivated to find short (20 to 60 minutes) projects to make. I figure designing, making, and using the stamps could be my "project" for a week. I knew I could use this to motivate myself!
Living consciously...
I seem to run hot and cold with the readings in this book. Some days I resonate with the writing and other days I torn between "what the...?" or "give me a break!" Today the practice to feel all your feelings was just too much. I'm not saying it doesn't have value but for me, where I am with my life, I feel like I've already been there and done that!
