I've almost finished this swatch for my Thing-a-day thing. Been out all day running around and am going to veg in front of the TV, watch the Oscars and knit. I haven't seen many Movies this year - Juno, Once, Away from Her and Ratatouille - at least I'll get some knitting done.
Living consciously...
A more practical practice today: think about a typical relationship conflict; how does your gut and chest feel; what do you say when you're really upset; and what does he say. Well, clearly I went with spousal conflict scenario (go figure) and usually we end up trying to get the other to really "listen" and understand how we "feel." It's a tango that even after twenty-six years we are still stepping on each others' toes.
