Cloth for weekly

I was fussing around with what to do the final weekly collage this month and I came across this piece of cloth in my stash. I'm going to machine quilt it tomorrow and see what happens.

I so want to make these: Butternut Squash Pudding Soufflé and Asparagus Soufflé. Oh Yum.


Living consciously...

Yesterday's practice was on being while today is on doing - with an interesting twist. Doing things for others is often done because it fits within a persona but not with who you are. The challenge is to think about how to let yourself be known truthfully without falling into a persona trap of doing.
