Running on empty

Slept too much with the headache which wipes me out but it seemed like the best option at the time. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.

The message is one of getting out of your comfort zone on a regular basis and for practice, Hendricks suggests looking at what growth opportunities are there that you're reluctant to explore because you are living in your comfort zone.

I think I need to work on that list of fun things to do!
