What will become of me?!!

All this work and I think I may have taken care of a tenth of the scrap box! I found myself humming The Kingston Trio's M.T.A. for a while while I was working and coming up with a new chorus: Well, did she ever return? No, she never returned and her fate is still unknown...

So to pass some time, I decided to watch a movie. I watched The Great Raid while I ironed and cut scraps. Both Benjamin Bratt and Joseph Fiennes starred in the film and it's based on a true story - Raid at Cabanatuan. It was interesting but I would have been better served if I had watched a light comedy or a musical.

Living consciously...

I didn't have any issue at all with today's practice: Renew your commitment to authentic speaking today. Do your best to avoid putting even the subtlest spin on the truth. When my husband called I was still feeling like I was in scrap purgatory and I was noticeably moody. He knows me pretty well and said just enough to help me shift my attitude.

Wow, look at all those neat little piles of scraps. I keep mine in little bins by colour but sadly they are all thrown in and screwed up they only get to see the iron when I finally find a use for them :)

angelcat - I've almost conquered the scrap mess and I'm trying to to come up with a way to store them that stays orderly but accessible. Oh, well, I may be just tilting at windmills.

jen - It took a while but I am beginning to see the light --- this too will end!

kay - Almost done. Let the happy dance begin!
