Lazed away...

I really did laze away the day. I had high hopes for what I thought I would accomplish but a couple of loads of laundry, a few minutes with my journal, hours lost in reading, watched a little tennis and the news, and that's it. I was going to attach the Inspiration Board behind my sewing machine -- it's a mess, doesn't inspire, and things are starting to fall off. I keep putting it off because I'll have to decide what to do with the notes and pieces and odds and ends (oh my!) Hopefully this will inspire me to take action.

More reflection on sexuality in the reading today and in the practice one prompt that reads: A good sexual relationship requires ______.

From puberty to menopause and beyond, I've certainly had my ebb and flow when it come to sexuality. For most of my life I believe I have had healthy values - sexual and otherwise. In answering the above prompt, my simple answer is emotional intimacy.
