Wasn't in the studio much today. Did manage to make some "fabric" for the September TIFC. It felt odd working with these colors but they are growing on me.
Living consciously...
Today's practice was one of keeping track of the negative messages coming at you or out of you.
I think my messages tend to be more: "why not, what about, watch this, so what..."
Negative messages coming at me? -- I tend to ignore them.
